How many labor hours are included in my membership?

8 hours of labor per year (covers basic HVAC tune-up, plumbing/electrical repairs, minor fixes)
Additional labor charged per hour after the 8 hours
Materials are billed separately

What is an example of what's included in my membership?

HVAC Tune-Up: 1-2 hours
Plumbing Repair: 1-3 hours (depends on the complexity)
Electrical Repair: 1-2 hours
Small Maintenance Tasks (e.g., replacing fixtures, clearing drains): 1-2 hours

Are Materials included in my membership?

The monthly membership does not include materials only labor. Marho can purchase at our Pro rate.
The annual membership includes $50/Per year of materials needed.
