How do I use my free service hours?
Simply call or text your member line to schedule. Free hours are applied automatically to any qualifying labor — no coupon needed.
Does the membership cover materials?
The membership covers labor discounts. Materials are billed at cost. Yearly members also receive preferred pricing on materials.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No contracts and no cancellation fees. Memberships are annual and non-refundable after the first 30 days.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners throughout DuPage, Kane, Will, and Kendall Counties — including Naperville, Aurora, Joliet, Wheaton, Bolingbrook, Yorkville, and surrounding communities.
Can I use the membership for large remodeling projects?
